Force / Ops App – Internal Use Terms

Introduction

These Internal Use Terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DOODER Force / Operations mobile application (“Force App”) provided by ZETLY INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED for its authorized employees, contractors, and field-force personnel only.

Purpose & Scope

The Force App is an internal operations tool used for onboarding verification, field audits, vendor visits, emergency response coordination, escalations, issue resolution, and other operational activities.

The App is strictly for internal use and not intended for public or personal usage.

Access, Credentials & Devices

• Login credentials must be kept confidential
• Access must not be shared with unauthorized persons
• Loss or compromise of device or credentials must be reported immediately

The Company may remotely lock, log out, or wipe devices or app access for security or compliance reasons.

Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Force App only for authorized Company duties
• Follow Company SOPs, safety protocols, and escalation procedures
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct with vendors and users

You shall not:

• Access data beyond your role or authorization
• Export, scrape, copy, or misuse operational data
• Circumvent security systems or install unauthorized software

Data Protection & Confidentiality

While using the Force App, you may access sensitive personal and operational data. Such information must be used strictly for Company purposes and handled in accordance with Company data protection policies and applicable laws.

Unauthorized copying, screenshots, forwarding, or external storage of data is strictly prohibited. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

Monitoring & Audit

The Company may monitor and log Force App usage, including login activity, actions performed, device identifiers, and location data for security and operational control.

Policy violations may lead to disciplinary action, termination, or legal proceedings.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Force App and its underlying systems belong exclusively to the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Liability & Indemnity

The Company is not liable for personal loss arising from misuse of the Force App. Users may be held personally responsible for losses caused by misconduct, fraud, data theft, or gross negligence.

Termination of Access

Access to the Force App ends automatically upon termination or expiry of employment or contract, or when access is no longer required for your role.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and conducted in English.
